Rude customer service. Ordered two chicken roti. Went to pay and found out sandwiches have bones in them. I proceeded to pay and told the cashier they should state or make it obvious that the roti sandwiches have bone in them. Cashier was unable to comprehend what I said and immediately went on the defensive and began fixating on excuses. At that point, I left the sandwiches and walked out without paying. Food maybe good, I don’t know. But I expect ownership and proper attitude. FYI, in general, it’s odd to have BONES inside a sandwich. Even throughout the Caribbean, sandwiches are offered in both bone or boneless format. Furthermore, a store that sells bone-in only, would make that obvious on the signs and advertisements.

Absolute best place in London for Jamaican/Caribbean food. Has a more pickup/takeout style of service but there is ample seating available too. Happy to see a local family-run restaurant doing so well in our small city! I am very lucky to live so close to this place because I visit very often. Love the curry chicken and oxtail!

Family Owners Marry and Herman are friendly and welcoming. Food is the best I have tasted in London area. I will always recommend Reggae’s Restaurant. Must try the Rum cake for desert. Will be back soon.

Came here because of the other reviews when we were visiting London and it seriously lived up to the hype. Jerk chicken and curry goat had some nice spice and were sooooo good. Massive portion of rice and peas on the side which was nice too. Owner is super friendly, he came out and gave us free Festivals (sort of like little fried bread stick things) and they were delightful also. Highly recommended, we will definitely return next time we're in the area

This restaurant is awful. Food tastes the one that serves in hospitals. The worst thing is that they use chicken bones instead of meat, and they say that it is caribbean food. I don't come back to this restaurant again and do not recommend to try it even for one time.

Delicious authentic Jamaican food! We ordered the oxtail dinner (large) and a chicken roti. The oxtail dinner was so good! It comes with a small coleslaw salad on the side. The chicken roti is cooked with bone-in chicken, the traditional way. They will be adding boneless chicken roti to their menu later. This is the first time we had bone-in chicken roti but it was actually really good, soft and juicy! We really appreciate the owner coming out to ask us for feedback after we finished our meal. I've now been to Reggae's three times and I can say that it's been great each time. I've had the roti, jerk chicken, and the fish. All were super flavourful and nice and spicy. And the meat patties are a must each time. The owners are extremely friendly, even to the point of accommodating my four-year-old by giving her an extra side of macaroni (which is also very good). I can't wait for my next visit.

I ordered the Jerk chicken and the goat roti and i was pretty disappointed with both dishes. The jerk chicken meal had great rice and a good amount of spice but the chicken was pretty dry. The goat roti was cold and it barely had any goat in it, just filled with potatoes. I also added two patties to my order which were very nice. The patties were fresh and delicious.

This is the most Authentic Caribbean restaurant in all of South Western Ontario, I drive 45 minutes from Woodstock, On. Every month so I can enjoy there awesome Caribbean food. I definitely would recommend reggaes to anyone!

Been dying to try their food for a while now and was not disappointed!!! Amazing food, everything had such great flavour and spice. Portions are large so you definitely get more bang for your buck here! Staff are extremely friendly when interacting with customers and you can tell that they enjoy what they do.Reggae’s has definitely found a returning, if not regular customer!!

Had an excellent meal and a very good experience. I called ahead and got the goat curry dish, regular size. When I walked in, owner recognized me, and joked that he could tell what the customer wants when they walked in. Owner is very friendly and food was delicious. Expect that you're not going to have the best cuts of meat in the dish, but you will enjoy the generous plate and wonderful flavours.

Amazing service, best service I’ve received at a Jamaican Restaurant.We came from Toronto to visit family and were craving Jamaican food and were surprised when we saw how high the reviews were and decided to give it a try. We ordered Stew Chicken and Fried chicken, both items came very hot and the amount was extremely filling. This was also before closing! We were also offered Jerk beef to try as a sample which was delicious. Next time we are in town we are definitely returning, thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Great experience, delicious food and fabulous service! This place has become one of our regular stops for dinner and never fails to impress. The macaroni salad is a must (but so is everything else on the menu). Lovely staff and environment, would definitely recommend!

I placed my order using Ubereats. My order arrived very quickly which was great. The food itself was nothing short of delicious. I ordered 2 large oxtail meals and a patty. The oxtail was tender, well seasoned and just delicious. The patty had the right amount of spice while still maintaining its flavour. Overall my experience with this restaurant and its service was a 10/10! Will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered three items: jerk chicken, goat curry and fried chicken. The food came very quick, and it tasted amazing! The staff here are extremely sociable and make you feel as if you’re home. If you want very good Caribbean food, Reggae’s is the place to go!
